MultiSensor AI builds and deploys intelligent multi-sensing platforms incorporating edge and cloud software solutions that leverage artificial intelligence. MSAI's integrated solutions utilize data generated from an array of sensors and sensor modalities including high-resolution thermal imagers, visible and acoustic imagers, as well as vibration and laser spectroscopy sensors, to protect customers' most critical assets. MSAI's platform combines condition-based monitoring data with proprietary edge and cloud software to generate actionable insights that, we believe, minimize unplanned downtime, reduce maintenance costs, prevent hazards, and extend asset life.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Establish the FP&A function and an annual budget process.
- Work with the financial leadership team to define and track KPIs to analyze financial and operational results and present to Executive Leadership Team.
- Prepare periodic materials for presentation to audit & risk committee and board of directors.
- Ability and willingness to execute multiple roles, including assisting with accounting period closes, SEC reporting, controls and compliance, procurement, and sales operations.
- Support efforts regarding periodic results presentations, investor presentations, and other investor communications.
- Reports to CFO in an individual contributor capacity.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required; Masters of Business Administration or Masters in Accounting preferred
- 4-10 years’ experience in Corporate Financial Planning and Budgeting.
- Advanced Excel skills required. NetSuite experience is a plus but not required.
- High attention to detail and accuracy are required.
- Must be a self-starter who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with a software company with a SaaS model preferred.
- Must have great organization skills and be comfortable establishing processes and procedures as you "set up" the FP&A function.
Working Arrangements:
- Ideally, the position is based in Houston, TX or Atlanta, GA but open to other locations.
- There are opportunities to work remotely part of the time.
- Salary range is 150K- 180K based on your experience with additional variable compensation as well as an attractive public company equity package.
